Supreme Inspections Policies

APPOINTMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Supreme Inspections Cancellation Policy requirements: To Book an Appointment or to secure an appointment with Supreme Inspections, a signed agreement is required. When you schedule your appointment with us, you agree to our policies. All of our services require a signed agreement to guarantee your appointment reservation which will be sent by email and text to the email and phone number provided when booking. Payment can also be made with the same link and a paid invoice will be provided for your records. Should payments remain unclaimed by the client following 3 months of inactivity, Supreme Inspections reserves the right to withhold the amount. These charges will not be applied to clients booking an appointment from their existing or future services. In the event of a late cancellation within 48 hours of scheduled appointment, a fee off $200.00 will be applied. Please arrive for your walkthrough at the scheduled time (if attending) as this limit the time spent for walkthrough due to other scheduled appointments. Supreme Inspections will strive to ensure that your appointment runs to time. However, should we need to cancel or postpone your appointment at short notice, we will make every effort to contact you in advance. Prior to your appointment we will inform you of any preparation required in advance of your appointment which can be viewed in the notifications that are sent by email and text.

LATE CANCELLATION
Once you book your appointment, time with us will be personally reserved for you. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and guests on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. As a courtesy, our appointments are confirmed via text and email once booking is confirmed and again 24 hours in advance prior to your appointment . It is ultimately your responsibility to remember your appointment.

PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING LATE CANCELLATION:
A $200.00 service charge will be applied in the case of late cancellation.* As a courtesy, future bookings and follow-up appointments are complimentary. However, our service providers’ time is valuable, and the fee will still apply in the case of a no-show or late cancellation for these services.

We request that you give us at least 48 hours’ notice. This policy is in place so that we can offer everyone the earliest and most convenient appointment possible. By booking an appointment at Supreme Inspections you agree to the terms of our Cancellation and No-Show Policy.


We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment, or you may be charged a cancellation fee.


YOUR RIGHT TO COMPLAIN
Supreme Inspections strives to treat all its clients compassionately, appropriately and fairly. If, however, you have an issue with any matter in relation to your services at Supreme Inspections, you are entitled to file a complaint, either verbally, by telephone or in writing.
