Sheldon was amazing! He plugged through the inspection on a -30 degree day with no complaints. Very thorough with everything down to the trim! He did an amazing job of voicing his major concerns and explaining anything we had questions about. Thermal imaging and sewer inspection video (all released to us) were also an awesome added benefit to the final inspection! I would absolutely recommend Sheldon to anyone for their future home inspections! $$$ well spent!
